Shipping policy
Shipping policy of Lothmann trading B.V.
- We offer standard delivery services to most European countries
- Most of our delivery services are trackable. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order has left the warehouse.
- It isn’t possible to deliver to a PO Box address
- If you have placed multiple orders on the same day using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped together.
- We enforce a minimum order quantity for free shipping. For the Netherlands, orders over 150 Euros qualify for free shipping. For Belgium and Germany, orders over 250 Euros qualify for free shipping. For all other EU countries, orders over 300 Euros qualify for free shipping, with the exception of Switzerland and the UK
- For orders below the minimum order quantity for the Netherlands and Germany, the shipping costs are 5 Euros; for Belgium, it is 10 Euros, and for all other EU countries, it is 15 Euros, with the exception of the UK and Switzerland.
- For all shipments to Switzerland, a shipping fee of 30 Euros is applied for orders below 1000 Euros. Orders exceeding 1000 Euros qualify for free shipping
- Currently, orders may take 1-2 business days to NL, BE, LU, FR, other European countries will take 2-5 days. For deliveries to other continents, we assess the best shipping method in collaboration with the customer.
- Have an issue with your delivery? Please let us know, within 4 business days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information, if you did not receive your merchandise, or if you are missing merchandise. If you do not report this within 4 business days we will not be able to replace your order.
